It is hotter than a bitch in Hell, to quote Dean. Good griefous!

Becky and I went to Barnes and Noble yesterday and I got 2 books. After realizing I haven't read a book in over a year, I thought it was time to whip one out! I ended up buying Need by Carrie Jones and some other book I can't remember. I picked it off the shelf by the cover and bought it with the promise of werewolves...and holy sh*t was this Stephenie Meyer's first draft of Twilight???

A petite, social reject girl from the south moves to Maine where it's cold and snowy, which she hates. She was forced by her mother to live with a single relative there, who buys her a car on her first day. She slides all over the ice on the way to school and the resident hot guy notices her right away and helps her to the door when she starts flailing around on the ice like a klutz. Resident nice guy immediately has a thing for her and she makes a friend instantly, a bubbly, overly friendly girl. Also, there's something weird about resident hot guy, who seems to be jealous of her time spent with resident nice guy...(oh, and hot guy is smokin' sexy but still a virgin)

I thought I was reading Twilight: Werewolf Boogaloo. The hell? At least this girl has a bit of an attitude and an actual personality though. And her name is Zara, pronounced like Sara with a "z", aka the most retarded name ever. It should have been "zah-rah", now that would have been sweet.

After B&N we went to the gelato place next door, which was bitchin! Sooo good. Some foreign chicks in front of us tried EVERY SINGLE FLAVOR. I hate when people do that.

Wow, I have found some crazy music lately, the weirdest being this French rapper (yeah, for reals) named Kennedy. I didn't know he was French until I looked him up. Kennedy basically sings 70s-sounding disco pop/hip hop with some awesome lyrics. Here are a few gems;
