An uneventful day at work today, except that all the business guys are gone until Friday! Huzzah! Gary was already gone, Richard left today, both Jeffs are gone, Greg left...that means that it's just Me, Christie, Kathy, and Scott tomorrow and Thursday. Yay!

Ugh...my Uncle Mike called. All this crap is going on with my grandparents' will. My Aunt Janet apparently convinced my Grandma to leave the house to my Uncle Bob because he never had a family blah blah blah. Basically my mom and her other siblings would each be out 50 grand. She said "well, you don't need that do you?" I think Libby said it best: We live in a house that has to be heated with a wood stove and that's about to fall in. Does anyone else around here live like this??? No. So yeah, we could use the f-ing money. >:(

I made a special playlist last night because I needed some good driving music for coming home from work. The new L'Arc~en~Ciel single "Shine" came on my iPod and I just got in the zone. I'm driving down Lisbon road passed Bristlecone Pines and the sky is bright blue speckled with silver cloud poofs, the sunlight had turned that bright golden color, and I got the weirdest feeling looking at the lines on the road zipping by. I know it wasn't vertigo, but something like that....I just felt so right. I didn't want to go home, I wanted to keep driving! So I stopped back at the house and told Mom she could come with me if she wanted because I was freaking driving. And we did! All around the area for 45 minutes. Soooooo great...

And I freaking love Hyde!! Man, he's totally hot and he writes amazingly beautiful, deep music. Smexilicious. Why aren't I good enough to end up with someone like him???
