Went to Hooch's last night and swam for a while and then talked with everyone. Yay for swimming, and I was actually prepared this time!

Then I went back to Becky's apartment and watched the Death Note finale. They changed it from the actual story but Light was so desperate at the end to be saved, you almost felt sorry for the poor bastard. He becomes irrational, wondering where the people he used are so they can save him (one of them is dead).

I was mad they didn't follow the manga! In the real story, Light, half-dying from a bunch of gunshot wounds, grabs onto Ryuk (the shinigami devil thing) and begs him to save his life. Ryuk says sure (with an evil glare) and pulls out his Death Note, then shows Light that he wrote his name. He cries and yells that he doesn't want to die before suffering a heart attack. Ah well, at least I got to see it in action. Soo good!

Then DeAnn came over and we stayed up and played Mario Party 8 until 2:30 in the morning. Wtf, Bird-ho kicked our asses and we even set the CPU characters on Easy! How much do we suck!?! We did have fun making dirty comments and playing the "masturbation" game (you have to shake the Wii remote as fast as you can up and down to shake up a can of soda, then the person whose soda sprays the highest wins. Yeah).

Then this morning we watched "Pain of Disco" song again. DeAnn is now in love with SRK, huzzah! I've converted someone else! ;)
