It's official; Sara works full time now!

Starting tomorrow I work 8-4/9-5 every day. I think I'm going to switch off and see if I like it or not, or maybe I'll just pick one eventually. Getting home earlier sounds nice....

I went to the library last night and got a book called "City of Bones" in the series Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare. I went there specifically looking for a vampire novel and picked this one off the shelf at random because of the catchy cover (hot half naked guy, how could I resist). I'm only on page 44 but I've already laughed out loud at 4 parts. It's so good! And the love interest guy is freaking hot (he's a blond, I'm a sucker for those) and the main girl isn't incredibly annoying like Bella! I'm going to stay up and read more tonight. Yay! It's like a modern fairytale (another thing I love) with all kinds of paranormal creatures and such. And bad poetry. "Come, my faux juggernaut, my nefarious loins! Slather every protuberance with arid zeal! Turgid is my torment! Agony swells within!" Check out the quote. ;)

I really wanted the next book in the Chronicles of Faerie series by O.R. Melling, but the freaking library doesn't have it! Argh!! They stopped that series at book 2 and now I can't read it for free. Bastards. Steph, you should totally check out that series! The guy in the second book (The Summer King) is totally your type. Every time I'd read about him I'd think "he sounds like Steph's future boyfriend". Haha!

Okay, the water is boiling and my tea is ready. Tasty!

"The door flew open. Jocelyn gave a little scream.
'Jesus!' Luke exclaimed.
'Actually, it's just me,' said Simon. 'Although I've been told the resemblance is startling.'" -"City of Bones"
