Went to the Mary Kay thing last night and bought some lipstick and eye shadow. It was actually pretty fun but I felt kind of pressured to come back again for the color thing. Oh well, we'll see what goes down. :)
Scampi's birthday today and we're going to have tons of fun! I hope I didn't just jinx it...We're going to see
The Dark Knight and eat at Fortune. So excited!!! I hope we'll be able to find seats for at least some of us to sit together. I don't even care if I have to sit in the corner, just seeing it in the theaters is so great!
So I went on iTunes and checked out the "Just For You" page and they recommended me John Mayer's "Waiting on the World to Change", my absolute most-hated-song-of-all-time. I guess that's my punishment for stealing music instead of buying it from them. The bastards.
They did however recommend me an interesting song called "If You Love Someone Set Them on Fire" by
The Dead Milkmen, from their hit album Death Rides a Pale Cow. Surprisingly, it's a very happy indie song. Weird.
Ugh...gotta go to work in less than an hour. I don't wanna go!! But at least tonight's going to rock so it's okay.
"There's something special in your eyes
Your breath is the wind that makes my heart soar like a kite
The light emanating from you
Makes even the moonlight a pale shadow compared to you" -"Ajab Si",
Om Shanti Om
