Emo tangent! Just spent the last hour running around in the moonlight. There is nothing more beautiful on earth than the light of the moon. Seriously, being outside at night and seeing the hundreds of fireflies in the field like little sparks just has this otherworldly feeling...a feeling like anything is possible. It's magic, I tell you. Magic.

Now that I have an iPod again I made another "Dancing in the Moonlight" playlist of songs that just fit the mood for a moonlight frolic. ;)

BUCK-TICK - Gensou no Hana (Illusory Flower)
I swear, Atsushi Sakurai is my soulmate. Not only does he write the most beautiful lyrics but the music he puts to them...jeez, it just evokes the most beautiful vision! It makes my heart ache listening to this song.

Oh Hyde, how you melt my heart. If only you didn't look like a little boy! This song feels like...looking at a starry sky on a crisp night. Airy but intense, it's probably my #1 song of all time.

Nickelback - Far Away
If only this guy wasn't so freaking hideous. ;) Every time I hear this song it makes me think of a teary reunion at the end of a movie, like after the finale everyone comes together to see who's left. Lots of hugs, tears, etc. I love this song!

Ooh, a new one! The main character in this movie tries to win the heart of the main girl with this song. If it was me, I'd be seduced ;).

Okay enough music rants for now. But seriously! Sometimes I feel like no one else has such a passion for stuff like this and it makes me depressed, though I know tons of people appreciate it tons more. I just get excited about something and I can't help but let it out!! XD
