Had to quick report in! Amber just called me with the latest from Pakistan!
She said that since that woman was assassinated, they've been on lock down (which you already know). So the phone lines have just been put back up on the 3rd and she's tried to call you guys but hasn't gotten through (she called once and there was no one on the line, then had to call back again). Amber also told me that she was on her way home from school and there was a bomb that could have killed her that went off right where they had been. Also, not sure about this part because I couldn't hear her very well, but there was a bomb in the trunk of one of her family member's cars?? Scary! She said they're having elections in a week or two so it's very hectic over there. They do not have the internet yet and she said probably not for another month.
Amber says she loves and misses everyone and that she'll try to call, but as you can see, it's hard for her to do so right now! (I think she said she tried to call Hooch yesterday but didn't get through).
