Christmas in 2 days, hell yeah!
Ugh, stuck going to church tonight. Sonofa!! We didn't go this morning because the weather is so out of control, but I guess I won't get out of the evening service before Christmas!
Finally finished wrapping my presents. Jeez, ever try wrapping a ladle? It's not pretty. We have 4,355 Christmas bags, but NO FREAKING TISSUE PAPER! So I had to hand wrap everything. Did I mention I'm the worst wrapper on the face of the planet???
Made truffles today!!! They're pretty good, but they just taste like fudge rolled in stuff....ah, well. I was a little pissed though because I forgot to pick up liqueur to flavor them, like my sister did. Argh! I always forget something...any nice alcohol would do, but we don't keep anything other than beer for my dad *blech*. Maybe I'll just make it at my sister's next time, she's got Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum that is sooo freaking awesome in ANYTHING! We made vanilla pudding with a few spoonfuls in it and it was delicious. EXCITEMENT!!!
DeAnn just called me and told me a little about her and Hooch's trip...sounds like it was tons of fun, even the air face kick! Too bad they didn't get to make out with any hot band members, though. ;) She wanted to go see Sweeney Todd tonight, but I have the church thing!!! So we're going on Thursday to see the sexiness.
Finished Wolf's Rain last night with Becky. So sad, it makes me cry every time, even though I've seen it a bazillion times! Which reminds me, she said she got me a season of some show so I'm really excited as to which one it is! Yay, more watching material :)
