Ooh, yesterday was just the greatest day ever! Or not. I woke up at 7:00 AM to a blast of wind and rain in my face because I left my window open the night before. It took me, like, 10 friggin' minutes to close the stupid thing, and by then my blankets were soaked. Argh!

The rest of the day was pretty normal-I sat at the computer and did nothing.

Later that night though, my mom and I watched the Princess Bride because she just bought the new DVD. Seriously, my mom is obsessed with that movie. Every time someone suggests watching a movie, she wants to watch that one. Well, that or Finding Nemo.

After the movie I ran around the fields with my dog, Foxy. She's a red heeler that we got as a puppy last summer. Obviously she got her name because she looks like a fox.Well, that's her "official" name, but we just call her Puppy. She's pretty small-only around 30 pounds, so we can easily pick her up and carry her around like a big cat. As soon as my sister sends me her pictures, I'll be able to post a picture of her!

Anywho, we were running around the field and we ran into three deer-two does and a fawn. So cute! The dog chased them, but she's pretty harmless. When we came back, we saw the most amazing thing across the road. The sky was all purple and light blue and there's a big field across the road, and it was solid fireflies. They were everywhere! My sister and I looked at them until a june bug got caught in my hair and I ran screaming for the house. Hopefully there'll be more tonight. :D
